Stephanie DeWees, Business Owner

Stephanie’s work in the health care industry began over 20 years ago, where she found her passion for caring for others as a nursing assistant in a senior care organization.  From there she continued her education to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and then received her BS in Health Services Administration. Her work experience in the industry includes independent living, assisted living, adult day programs, home health, long-term care, and hospital. As a business owner and consultant, she helps companies and organizations increase their effectiveness, reimbursement, compliance, and quality standards.

Stephanie currently serves as the Director of Operations and implements her strategies and best practices in various healthcare settings. Her approach was founded on a purpose, inspired by experience, and driven by results. Her focus to impact quality of care, while being fiscally responsible has allowed her to obtain Five (5) Star recognition and deficiency-free surveys from state-administered programs.

She is also a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators and has been a speaker at various professional and industry group conferences.  Stephanie serves as a board member for Person Centered Care Coalition, along with a number of committees within the industry. As an example, her involvement in Ohio consists being a committee member with Leading Age Ohio’s (LAO) special interest groups, Professional Development Committee, Ohio Hi-Point Licensed Practical Nursing Program Advisory Council, and LAO and Ohio Health Care Association’s Respecting Choices Committee.

Brady Dalrymple, Business Owner

Brady has over twelve years of experience in the senior care and living industry.  Brady graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Health Sciences and minor in Economics.  Years later, he obtained a Master’s of Business Administration from Franklin University. Brady spent much of his career in public accounting where he served as a trusted advisor for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, home health and hospice agencies.  He served a large number of clients through operational and business office reviews, reimbursement strategy, Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and valuations.

Brady is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships where he is the lead in development and growth.  He has a vast understanding of operations within not-for-profit, for-profit and governmental ownership structures, where he has served a wide spectrum of providers, from national multi-site to independently owned organizations.

His dedication to the industry and the healthcare profession has driven him to become an effective advisor to organizations.  He has a passion for helping those in need, and by creating value and providing insight that goes beyond traditional management services, he is able to help organizations identify profitability improvement strategies that provide ongoing opportunities to drive growth and partnership in such a challenging industry.

Stephanie Christopher, Business Owner

Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience in long-term care.  She graduated from Ohio Northern University with a BS in Health & Human Services and graduated from Franklin University with a BS in Accounting.  Stephanie then took on numerous roles within the business office of senior care organizations before moving into consulting for 11 years at a public accounting firm. There she worked with continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and affordable housing properties to provide expertise on reimbursement, operations, accounts receivable, and compliance.  She served a number of clients through Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation, operational analyses, financial feasibility studies for capital projects, Certificate of Need applications, financial statement and A-133 audits, and tax form 990 preparation.

Stephanie currently holds the position of CFO and provides accounting and financial guidance for healthcare organizations.  She is responsible for all accounting, financial modeling, lender financing, budget formation, project assessment, and reimbursement processes.  Stephanie has also been heavily involved in Medicare, Medicaid, third-party billing, accounts receivable, compliance, regulation, payroll and operations. 

She leverages her expertise and provides strategic leadership and management to create positive organizational development and information systems support.

Katie Tira, Clinical Operations Specialist

Katie is a registered nurse (RN) and has been devoted to the senior care industry for 15 years.  Her experience in direct skilled nursing care and corporate leadership includes positions as a director of nursing, MDS Coordinator and Corporate MDS Director.  In her role as a Clinical Operations Specialist, she manages services provided in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement (case mix), MDS accuracy, PPS compliance and strategies, Five-Star quality measures, SNF QRP measures, and MDS focus survey preparedness.

Katie currently holds the Education Chair for the Ohio Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (OANAC) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators.
